How We Produce

From Raw Veneer
to Export-Ready Product

Our integrated process eliminates handoff failures — the primary cause of quality variation in outsourced supply chains.

Step 01 — Veneer Sourcing

Controlled Raw Material Intake

Veneer is sourced from our 10 satellite plants across Java and Sumatra — all operating under our procurement protocols. Each batch is moisture-tested and graded before entering production. We don't start manufacturing on off-spec raw material.

Step 02 — Pressing & Layup

Precision Layup Under Controlled Conditions

Veneer sheets are laid up to specification under controlled humidity. Cold and hot pressing cycles are calibrated per product grade. Press parameters are logged — creating a traceable production record for every batch.

Step 03 — In-House Lab Testing

100% Inspection Before Release

Every production batch passes through our in-house laboratory before release. We test for flexural strength, bonding quality, formaldehyde emission, and modulus of elasticity against international standards. No product leaves without a passing result.

Step 04 — Export Documentation

Compliance Documentation Prepared

SVLK certificates, phytosanitary documents, and export compliance paperwork are prepared in-house for every shipment. For regulated markets (EU, USA), we understand the documentation requirements and have handled them for years.
